Since 2016, the charity has supported a wide variety of initiatives and activities for young people across Scotland.

The Schools of Engineering and Technology initiative, led by Gorgie Mills School in Edinburgh, will involve ASN schools from across the Authority.
Davidson's Mains Primary School
Davidson’s Mains Primary School’s Coding After School Club’ will give girls in P5–P7 the opportunity to experience coding through a variety of different digital technologies.
Boroughmuir High School
Boroughmuir High School in Edinburgh will provide students in S1–S3 an opportunity to compete in FIRST LEGO League Challenge using LEGO Education SPIKE Prime.
Kirkliston Primary School
Kirkliston Primary School in Edinburgh will build on their previous grant and develop a Robotics After School Club for 30 P7 girls allowing participants to expand their skillset and knowledge into more practical applications of coding
Heart of Midlothian Football Club
Heart of Midlothian Football Club’s Innovation Centre will create an Inventors for Good Club. Three cohorts of young people, including one all-girls, will get hands-on with micro:bits to prototype inventions that will benefit the community.
Edinburgh Science Foundation
Edinburgh Science Foundation will deliver activities featuring Marty the Robot across their Primary, Secondary, and Festival channels. Over 4,000 young people across multiple Local Authorities will have a chance to programme Marty to walk, dance, and even navigate an obstacle course.
Dean Park Primary School
Dean Park Primary School in Edinburgh will offer a new coding club using the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime range as well as online activities about Scratch, HTML, Python, and Java.
Corstorphine Primary School
Corstorphine Primary School in Edinburgh will deliver a two-stage programme. Initially, pupils from P6&7 will become learn to use micro:bits and accessories, Sphero BOLT robots, and online activities before teaching these skills to their fellow learners.
Kirkliston Primary School
Kirkliston Primary School in Edinburgh will establish a coding club for female students in Primary 4–7. The clubs will be a great opportunity for children to share their love of tech while learning to code using micro:bits and Sphero BOLTs. Sessions will highlight the practical applications of coding with the children being encouraged to understand and design solutions to real-world problems.
Heart of Midlothian Football Club
Heart of Midlothian Football Club will develop a new programme for girls and boys in S1–S3 exploring the games industry in Scotland.
Edinburgh Science
Microcoders will provide young people with an awareness of how cybersecurity is a global problem that affects many areas of our lives.
